This edition of Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers takes us to Brampton, Canada.
It was here in this Toronto suburb that police made 5 arrests stemming from a sneaker sale gone bad.
According to reports, a meeting was arranged to purchase high end sneakers early Friday morning shortly before 3 A.M. According to law enforcement, a Mercedes SUV containing the sneakers was stolen after two armed men arrived at the meeting location and pointed guns at the involved parties of the transaction.
The vehicle was later located by police in London, Ontario with some of the stolen property and a fake gun.
